Unraced Can-Am car to resurface
The Hepworth GB1 Can-Am car to be rebuilt.
The unraced Hepworth GB1 Can-am car that suffered major accident damage before it got chance to race has now come in to our workshops and the rebuild of this unique car is due to start shortly. The car which was tested by Danny Sullivan at Snetterton and Silverstone before bieng shipped to America where further testing resulted in major damage to the front left hand side, was born out of the last ever BRM Formula 1 car the P230.
The car requires major repairs to suspension, monocoque, and bodywork as well as total restoration having been sat for nearly 20 years.
